● Gorgeous piece of botanical art: Vintage red roses art depicting a 1946 British variety of red rose called Ena Harkness. This is a classic red rose, with velvety dark red petals and a lovely scent, loved by garderners all over the world.
This vibrant vintage floral print is a reproduction of a watercolor by Anne-Marie Trechslin, a Swiss painter internationally recognized for her flowers and animals. This antique rose print was found in an out-of-print 1962 French Swiss book named "Roses".

● The image itself is glued onto the book page along its left edge, making a flap. The underlying page is made of thick white art paper and can serve as a mat. The back is printed as it is a book page and the name of the variety is printed at the back of the flap.
