1948 Domesticated animals print

French antique animals print, which illustrated the "Animaux domestiques" (domesticated animals in French) article of a 1948 French Larousse dictionary. This vintage animals poster shows in lovely colors a multitude of farm animals and pets, including dogs, horses, chicken and many others. Did you know that peacocks or pigeons were considered domestic animals?
The back is printed with black & white drawings of more animals, used as pets in other countries like elephants or camels.
These vintage prints look lovely framed for example for an office or a French style vintage decor. The last picture shows an example of farming.
