1936 French Cavalry uniforms chart

Delightful book page from 1936, which illustrated the Cavalry article of a French Larousse dictionary (Cavalerie in French).
It shows on the front all kinds of cavalry uniforms used in France from the early and middle-ages to the in the first quarter of the 20th century.

On the back, it shows habitual activities of cavalry regiments in black and white line drawings.
