Lovely vintage pink rose poster showing a beautiful specimen called Castel Versailles, which means "Versailles' castle". Pale pink petals and dark green glossy leaves make this variety the quintessential rosebush.

This beautiful floral illustration comes from a 1985 an out-of-print French Swiss book "Ancient and modern roses". The watercolors were originally painted by Anne-Marie Trechslin and are gorgeous.
Printed on semi-glossy paper.
