1967 Silva rose flower botanical print

● Another lovely vintage rose poster, this one showing the lovely bicolor Silva rose. This lovely floral illustration is a reproduction of an authentic watercolors by Anne-Marie Trechslin, a Swiss painter internationally recognized for the delicacy of her rendering. The Silvy rose is very ornamental and spectacular in a border. Its flowers are two colors, dark yellow (almost coral or salmon orange) and pink.

This antique roses print was found in an out-of-print 1967 French Swiss book named "Roses". A perfect gift for a gardener passionate about roses ! The reverse is printed as this is a book page.

● The image is glued onto the book page along its left edge, making a flap. The underlying page is made of thick white art paper and can serve as a mat. The back is printed as it is a book page.

● 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 : These prints ship in a cellophane bag and a cardboard-reinforced envelope. The mat and frame are NOT included.
