Fascinating large format reprint of a map of the Aletsch glacer extracted from a 1894 German Brockhaus dictionary on ready-to-hang  thin stretched canvas. This fascinating page shows the biggest glacier in Europe as it was at the end of the 19th century. It has no doubt changed since then but it's an excellent comparison point.
