1976 Tessino topographic Swiss map

Imagine yourself hiking in the Swiss mountains. The sun is shining, the air is brisk and you can smell fresh air and see a glittering blue lake on the horizon... Want to remember that trip for ever? 
Here is a beautiful double sided 1976 1:2000 000 map of the southeast of Switzerland. It shows the borders with Austria and Italy and includes the Maggiore, Como and Lugano lakes and the cities of Bellinzona, Lugano, Locarno, Chur and Engelber, which are some of the most iconic Swiss areas.  The reverse shows city maps of all the first 3 towns.
On the left of the map is the mountain range which includes the Aletsch glacier, with the Finsteraarhorn, the Wetterhorn or the Lauterarrhorn and also the famous Piz Bernina.

These vintage maps look lovely framed or you could use them for your own collage or scrap booking projects or even print your own design on them

SIZE :  unfolded map 76 x 102 cm (approx. 30" x 40") plus the title flap.

AUTHENTICITY: You will receive a genuine map from 1976.   The paper is slightly yellowed  but the map is in very good condition.

Although my pictures are not the best, these maps are lovely in person. The colors on the lines give them almost an abstract art look.
