● Here is a lovely 1972 floral print showcasing the lovely aquilegia or columbine flowers in shades of purple and yellow. These flowers are also known as granny's bonnet. They are called Ancolies in French.

This lovely piece of botanical art is from a 1972 French book "Les plus belles fleurs de nos jardins" (The Most Beautiful Flowers in Our Gardens), illustrated by Anne-Marie Trechslin.

The underlying page is made of thick white art paper and can serve as a mat. The back is printed as it is a book page.
