1962 Nuage Parfumé rose print

Vintage bright red roses art representing a variety of red rose poetically called Nuage Parfumé, which means perfumed cloud in French. This vibrant vintage floral print comes from a 1962 French book named "Roses", illustrated with accuracy and delicacy by Anne-Marie Trechslin, a Swiss painter internationally recognized for her flowers and animals.

The image itself is glued onto the book page along its left edge, making a flap (see 2nd picture). The underlying page is made of thick white art paper and can serve as a mat. The back is printed as it is a book page and the name of the variety is printed at the back of the flap.
