● Are you a true bird lover? Can you spend hours watching the antics of your garden birds? Then this is perfect for you!
Lovely French vintage bird poster, showing the Eurasian penduline tit on her very specific hanging nest at about 2/3 of their real life size. This bird is also known as the Remiz tit, which is the Polish word for that species. Isn't that nest architecture amazing for such a small bird?
This vintage small bird print is a book page from a French Swiss book published in 1961 "Oiseaux nicheurs d'Europe", which means "Nesting birds of Europe", illustrated by Paul Barruel. There is a short French description underneath the image, explaining the peculiarity of each species.
This lovely piece of vintage bird art is perfect at a gift for a bird lover, an ornithologist or a French classroom.
