● 1958 vintage print showing a lovely specimen of Aloe Africana, also known as the Uitenhage aloe.
This charming French antique print comes from an out-of-print 1958 French Swiss book "Plantes grasses", which means literally "fat plants", illustrated by Pia Roshardt.
Frame it and gift it to your favorite Aloe fan.
● As usual in books from that period, the print is glued onto the book page along its left edge, making a flap (the actual print is delineated in the second picture). The underlying page is made of thick white bouffant paper and can serve as a mat. The back is printed as this is a book page.
