1954 Mammilaria cactus print - Kunzeana & wildii

● 1954 cactus print from an out-of-print French Swiss book "Cactus", illustrated by the hand of Pia Roshardt. It shows three varieties of Mammillaria cacti: Mammillaria Kunzeana, Mammillaria Wildii and Mammillaria Wildii var Cristata.
Aren't all those lovely little colorful flowers gorgeous? This type of cactus is sometimes called powder puff pincushion.

This French vintage plant illustration would make a perfect botanical wall hanging. A great gift for a cactus lover or for your favorite botanist !

● 𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬: You will get a book page from 1954 that comes from a damaged volume. The paper is slightly yellowed.

● The print itself is a flap glued onto the book page along its left edge (the actual print is delineated in the second picture). The underlying page is made of art paper and can serve as a mat. The back is printed as this is a book page.

● 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚: Your prints will be sent in a cellophane bag and a cardboard reinforced envelope. Mat and frame are NOT included.
